I have a passion for making people feel their best. From trendy new styles, a complimentary glass of wine, or simply being a listener, my mission is to provide my clients (re: friends) with a care-free atmosphere to be their most AUTHENTIC selves.
Since I was little, I have loved all things beauty. I first began working in the industry at age 14, and NOTHING else seemed to be a better fit for me. I studied at PCI Academy in Ames, IA, and from the first mannequin color I've been in love with bringing out the inner-beauty that our skin and hair can accentuate!
It has always been a dream of mine to open up a salon space for wild, care-free, no-BS babes to become the most authentic versions of themselves...and I'm one of the lucky few who are LIVING their dreams!

Boho Beauty Bar specializes in the most beautiful hair coloring & hair painting techniques. These techniques are customized for each client’s hair type + lifestyle. Whether you're going for bleach-blonde, wanting a transformative color-change, or striving for the perfect sun-kissed beach-hair, as master colorists, we will reach your goals! No tenseness, no drama...just you, your stylist, and a new-found confidence.

1. Consultation: We take the time to work with you and discuss hair goals, your concerns, and the importance of regular hair maintenance.
2. Inspiration: We all love Pinterest, right?! As stylists and hair besties, we educate and discuss realistic goals + processes based on your inspo photos! We want to be on the same page from the start, so go ahead and bring photos of what you like (and what you don't!). We will make sure to go over the art behind styling and what works best for you (think skin tones, face shape, and ongoing maintenance for your unique locks)!
3. Your Appointment: If this is your first time with us, don't be nervous! This is such a fun adventure for everyone! You get the joy of some you-time while our stylists let their creativity flow and bring LIFE and shine to any hair color + length.
4. Beyond the Salon: You will leave BBB with a new sense of confidence and a slight feeling of guilt for WAITING SO LONG to get in the chair! Walk out our doors feeling authentic and true to who you are.

The Authentic Beauty Concept products provide the salon with beautiful and relaxing natural aromas to enhance your experience and also allow our stylists to use QUALITY products matched to your specific hair needs.
